I ordered a part from Boat Outfitters the quality was totally fine. No complaints there. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the lead time. The way it was presented before checkout didn’t really make the wait stand out, so I was expecting it to arrive sooner than it did. Once I realized there was more production time involved, it made sense, but I wish that had been a little more obvious up front. Overall, not a bad experience, just a bit frustrating in the moment.

I ordered a replacement hatch panel and wasn’t totally sure I had measured everything correctly, so I was half expecting to have to tweak something when it arrived.
To be fair, they made it exactly based on what I sent in, and it came out right. The holes lined up, the color matched well, and it went onto the boat without any back-and-forth. Happy with how smooth it was.
